Just 3 miles from Keeneland, Frankfort Park Farm is located on Old Frankfort Pike, one of the best locations in Lexington. The farm stands on 240 acres of the best land. It has 130 stalls, divided between 7 barns.  There are large and small paddocks, with run-in sheds, suitable for all eventualities.

Frankfort Park Farm, originally Old Frankfort Stud, proved difficult to manage from Ireland. Brendan and Olive Gallagher moved over full time to the US in 2010. Brendan, a graduate from the Irish National Stud Program, traveled to the United States in 1984. During his time here, he was a student at the University of Kentucky whilst also working at Gainesway Farm. Afterwards, he traveled back to Ireland and was the Assistant Manager at Coolmore's Kilsheelan Stud.

In 1993, he married his wife Olive. Together, they started Emerald Bloodstock Services Limited, specializing in the Purchase and Sale of horses, Transport of horses Worldwide and Insurance of horses. The Company soon became one of the leading Bloodstock Agencies in Europe. Brendan and Olive sold Emerald Bloodstock in 2009.

Frankfort Park Farm, purchased in 2006, by it's present owners, has produced a number of noteworthy horses, including Eclipse Award Champion 3 Year Old Filly of 2018, Monomoy Girl, who won the Kentucky Oaks, Breeders' Cup Distaff and multiple Graded Stakes Races and Graded Stakes winners Take Charge Paula, The Tabulator and Yuvetsi.
